Japanese Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 lbs chicken, boiled and cut
  • 3 ounces mai fun rice noodles, 30 seconds in hot oil
  • 1 bunch radish, sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • slivered almonds, toasted
  • sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • tomato
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients just before serving.
