Ingredients
- 1/4 lb soft tofu, drained
- 1 tablespoon japanese dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 do not use light sesame cooking oil for this. you need to use the dark asian sesame oil.
- 2 place in blender.
- 3 blend for 1 minute.
- 4 chill or serve immed.
