Easy Red, And Blueberry Shortcakes

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (10 ounce) can ready-to-bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 ounces containers cool whip
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 separate dough into 10 biscuits and dip top and sides of each into melted butter and then sugar.
  • 3 place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 4 cool slightly and split biscuits.
  • 5 layer bottoms of biscuits with whipped cream and berries and replace top.
  • 6 serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
