Gluten-free Almond Honey Bread

Total Time: 72 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 72 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup carbonated water, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup whole milk, also at room temperature
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup millet flour
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (do not mix with dry ingredients)

Recipe

  • 1 for the bread machine:.
  • 2 all wet ingredients first.
  • 3 dry ingredients second.
  • 4 yeast on the top - not mixed inches.
  • 5 enjoy!
