Gluten-free Almond Honey Bread

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup carbonated water, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup whole milk, also at room temperature
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup millet flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (do not mix with dry ingredients)
Recipe
- 1 for the bread machine:.
- 2 all wet ingredients first.
- 3 dry ingredients second.
- 4 yeast on the top - not mixed inches.
