Hoisin-ginger Lamb Marinade

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons gingerroot, grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 marinate lamb in marinade for at least an hour.
  • 3 grill or broil to your liking.
