Ingredients

- 2 cups spaghetti sauce (your favourite bottled or homemade)
- 1 cup light sour cream or 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lb penne
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine spaghetti sauce and sour cream.
- 2 cook over low heat.
- 3 cook pasta until al dente.
- 4 drain well.
- 5 toss penne with hot sauce on large serving platter.
- 6 add salt& pepper to taste.
- 7 sprinkle with parmesan.
