Easy Peasy Smoked Salmon Alfredo Pasta

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 head broccoli, crown cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 (435 ml) jar alfredo sauce (any type)
  • 1/4 kg smoked salmon (previously frozen from the deli section of your grocery store is fine)
  • pasta, penne is the best (any type)
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut up the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crumble the smoked salmon.
  • 2 over medium heat, heat the alfredo sauce.
  • 3 add the broccoli and smoked salmon.
  • 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 warm until heated through.
  • 6 enjoy as a sauce to the pasta.
