Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups brown rice
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup lentils
- 15 ounces black beans, undrained
- 15 ounces corn, undrained
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 combine together in a large pot. bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 45 minute stirring occassionally.
