Fsd - Soybean, Rice And Lentil Salad

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 15 ounces soybeans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fat-free honey mustard dressing
  • 1/8 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups red leaf lettuce, torn

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in a large bowl, except lettuce.
  • 2 let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. serve over lettuce.
