Gluten Free Biscuits

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 6 tablespoons earth balance buttery sticks
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 1. cut earth balance into small chunks (make certain it is chilled).
  • 2 2. add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 3. work by hand into a smooth dough.
  • 4 4. use a melon baller to make 16 biscuits.
  • 5 5. bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350.
