Gluten Free Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 6 tablespoons earth balance buttery sticks
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons agave
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 1. cut earth balance into small chunks (make certain it is chilled).
- 2 2. add remaining ingredients.
- 3 3. work by hand into a smooth dough.
- 4 4. use a melon baller to make 16 biscuits.
- 5 5. bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350.
