Ingredients

- 2 cups grated tasty cheese
- 1 1/2 cups rice flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 beat egg and milk together very well.
- 2 mix all dry ingredients and cheese together.
- 3 add wet ingredients to dry ones.
- 4 don't overmix.
- 5 bake at 210 deg c for approximately 12 minutes.
- 6 diced bacon, onion, parsley and corn kernels can be added to an extra savoury and high protein muffin.
