Gluten Free Crepes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup rice flour or 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons glutenous rice flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything together until you have a smooth, thin batter.
  • 2 fry in butter or margarine in a frying or crepe pan.
