- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup rice flour or 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 2 tablespoons glutenous rice flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Recipe
- 1 mix everything together until you have a smooth, thin batter.
- 2 fry in butter or margarine in a frying or crepe pan.
