Gluten Free Matzah

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1/3 cup brown rice flour
  • 2/3 cup tapioca flour
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 500.
  • 2 combine dry ingredients. place into stand mixer or food processor.
  • 3 add oil and combine.
  • 4 slowly add water while mixing/pulsing until moist, well combined dough ball is formed. you may not need all the water.
  • 5 divide dough into 4 equal parts.
  • 6 press each ball of dough into ungreased baking sheet until very thin.
  • 7 pierce flattened dough with fork.
  • 8 bake until edges are golden brown. approximately 10 - 12 minutes.
