Gluten Free Matzah

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1/3 cup brown rice flour
- 2/3 cup tapioca flour
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 500.
- 2 combine dry ingredients. place into stand mixer or food processor.
- 3 add oil and combine.
- 4 slowly add water while mixing/pulsing until moist, well combined dough ball is formed. you may not need all the water.
- 5 divide dough into 4 equal parts.
- 6 press each ball of dough into ungreased baking sheet until very thin.
- 7 pierce flattened dough with fork.
- 8 bake until edges are golden brown. approximately 10 - 12 minutes.
