Ingredients

- 16 ounces frozen spinach
- 16 ounces potato gnocchi
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces garbanzo beans
- 5 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 pan fry spinach in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine until soft.
- 2 melt remaining butter or margarine over low heat.
- 3 mince garlic into melted butter or margarine and allow to simmer.
- 4 add garbanzo beans to butter mixture and stir semi-frequently.
- 5 boil gnocchi to desired doneness and drain.
- 6 add gnocchi and garbanzo bean mixture to spinach, stir, and reduce heat to warm.
- 7 add parmasean cheese, salt, and pepper.
- 8 stir.
- 9 cover for 2 minutes.
