Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese or 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and knead dough. dough should be stiff enough to work with.
