Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup black olives

Recipe

  • 1 blend first 8 ingredients.
  • 2 cook the rotini (about 1/2 a package) and slice the peppers.
  • 3 mix the last 6 ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • 4 pour the dressing over top.
