Greek Pasta

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2/3 cup cucumber
  • 2/3 cup tomato
  • 2/3 cup red pepper
  • 2/3 cup green pepper
  • penne (enough for 2) or rotini noodles (enough for 2)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup premade greek salad dressing

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to the package instructions.
  • 2 meanwhile, cut up the vegetables.
  • 3 place vegetables in a bowl and add dressing and broken up feta cheese. marinate while waiting.
  • 4 drain noodles and cool in fridge or freezer.
  • 5 add your vegetables to the mixture (undrained) to noodles.
  • 6 serve and enjoy!
  • 7 optional: may add greek olives if desired.
