Green Rice

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and put in a buttered casserole.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees till firm. about 45 minute.
