- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and put in a buttered casserole.
- 2 bake at 350 degrees till firm. about 45 minute.
