Ingredients
- 3 cups hot cooked brown rice
- 1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese
- salt and black pepper
- 1 large onion, caramelized
Recipe
- 1 cook brown rice according to directions with 2 tbs butter on medium heat.
- 2 caramelize large onion (about 9 minutes).
- 3 blend everything together while still hot.
- 4 best served with tossed salad.
- 5 enjoy.
