High-fiber Low-fat Oatmeal Cakes

Ingredients

- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg , lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (cut into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk
Recipe
- 1 grind oats in blender.
- 2 mix together dry ingredients.
- 3 cream together wet ingredients and sugar.
- 4 fold in egg .
- 5 combine wet and dry ingredients.
- 6 form into 12 patties.
- 7 bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
