High Octane Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 6 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nu salt
- 1 1/3 cups rice milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl combine the first six ingriedients.
- 2 in another bowl combine the milk, yogurt, and oil.
- 3 stir into dry ingriendients until just moistened.
- 4 pour batter by 1/3 cup spoonfuls into a hot nonstick griddle.
- 5 turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
- 6 cook until second side is golden brown.
