Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups garbanzo flour (chana flour)
- 1 1/4 cups rice flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup dry buttermilk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 put wet ingredients into bread machine.
- 2 put dry ingredients into bread machine.
- 3 bake on regular setting,
- 4 (follow directions that came with your particular bread machine.).
