High Protein Bread

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups garbanzo flour (chana flour)
  • 1 1/4 cups rice flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup dry buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 put wet ingredients into bread machine.
  • 2 put dry ingredients into bread machine.
  • 3 bake on regular setting,
  • 4 (follow directions that came with your particular bread machine.).
