Honkey Pidgeon

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bob evans sausage (mild)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut (to taste)
  • 3/4 cup cooked rice
  • 10 -12 crackers, crushed
  • 1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients, and shape into a loaf.
  • 3 surround with saurkraut with juices.
  • 4 bake for 2 hours.
  • 5 serve with mashed potatoes.
