Ingredients
- 1 lb bob evans sausage (mild)
- 1 egg
- 2 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut (to taste)
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 10 -12 crackers, crushed
- 1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients, and shape into a loaf.
- 3 surround with saurkraut with juices.
- 4 bake for 2 hours.
- 5 serve with mashed potatoes.
