Ingredients
- 2 cups lamb sausage
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup of chopped raw onion
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 (14 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 sauté sausage to brown, then drain.
- 2 in a large pot combine sausage, rice, butter, onion, salt, pepper and peas. add the water; cook until rice is tender.
