Hot Dog Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 quarts water
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 lb hot dog, quartered (or smaller for little kids)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
Recipe
- 1 cook rice in salted boiling water until tender; drain reserving 1 cup liquid.
- 2 lightly brown onion and celery in margerine.
- 3 place rice, onion, celery, parsley and hot dogs in greased 2qt. casserole dish.
- 4 mix reserved liquid and soup; pour over casserole.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45 minute.
