Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1/4 diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 put chicken, broth, wild rice, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker. stir in mushrooms, tomatoes, salt oregano, basil and pepper. cover and simmer for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
