Italian Chicken And Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 1/4 diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put chicken, broth, wild rice, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker. stir in mushrooms, tomatoes, salt oregano, basil and pepper. cover and simmer for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
