Low Fat Pasta Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in spring water, drained
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup spiral pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup frozen tiny peas
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to directions.
- 2 while pasta is cooking, place frozen peas in colander.
- 3 when pasta is done, pour pasta and hot cooking water over peas to drain.
- 4 rinse well with cold water and place into bowl with all other ingredients.
- 5 chill and serve.
