Low Fat Pasta Tuna Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup spiral pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup frozen tiny peas
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to directions.
  • 2 while pasta is cooking, place frozen peas in colander.
  • 3 when pasta is done, pour pasta and hot cooking water over peas to drain.
  • 4 rinse well with cold water and place into bowl with all other ingredients.
  • 5 chill and serve.
