- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor bowl or blender container combine shallots, rice vinegar, lime juice, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
