Chive Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor bowl or blender container combine shallots, rice vinegar, lime juice, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 2 with machine running, slowly add oil.
