- 2 tablespoons raw rice
- 1 1/2 pints milk (950ml)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 ounce butter
- nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 170 degree celsius.
- 2 grease casserole dish.
- 3 mix rice, sugar and milk together and place in the casserole dish.
- 4 dot with butter and sprinkle on the nutmeg.
- 5 bake in the oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
