Curried Scallops With Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 lb fresh scallops
  • 1 cup basmati rice, cooking in 10 min
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon natural oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 crush and mince garlic, sauté with olive oil until golden.
  • 2 add scallops and cook for about 10 minutes (flip them after 5 minutes).
  • 3 cook rice.
  • 4 in a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, turmeric, oat bran, herbs.
