Curried Scallops With Rice

Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh scallops
- 1 cup basmati rice, cooking in 10 min
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon natural oat bran
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 crush and mince garlic, sauté with olive oil until golden.
- 2 add scallops and cook for about 10 minutes (flip them after 5 minutes).
- 3 cook rice.
- 4 in a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, turmeric, oat bran, herbs.
