- 1 (425 g) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- lettuce leaf (for serving)
- 2 maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Recipe
- 1 combine rice, pineapple and sugar in a bowl.
- 2 beat cream until stiff.
- 3 beat in mayonnaise.
- 4 fold into rice mixture.
- 5 arrange lettuce leaves on plate.
- 6 spoon salad in center.
- 7 top with cherries.
