Fruity Rolled Oats Drops

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 ml rolled oats
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 60 ml treacle or 60 ml honey
  • 125 ml nuts, chopped
  • 125 ml seedless raisins

Recipe

  • 1 thoroughly mix condensed milk, treacle and rolled oats in top of double boiler.
  • 2 allow to thicken over boiling water for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • 3 allow to cool.
  • 4 when cool, add nuts and raisins, then drop in spoonfuls onto buttered baking sheet. bake for 15 minutes at 180 c (356 f) and remove from pan immediately.
