Gluten Free Chocolate Oatmeal Scotchies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cream butter, sugar and egg.
- 2 add dry ingredients.
- 3 drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- 4 bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
