Ingredients

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup rice milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 mix the first five ingredients in a microwave safe dish until partly blended. put margarine on top of the mixture and microwave it for 2-2 1/2 minutes. mix ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased 8 inch square dish. let it chill for an hour before serving. store the fudge in the refrigerator.
