Gluten-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free, Nut-free Fudge

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Recipe

  • 1 mix the first five ingredients in a microwave safe dish until partly blended. put margarine on top of the mixture and microwave it for 2-2 1/2 minutes. mix ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased 8 inch square dish. let it chill for an hour before serving. store the fudge in the refrigerator.
