- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 16 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 16 ounces kidney beans, drained
- 16 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Recipe
- 1 brown beef & onion, drain and place in crock pot. layer remaining ingred except cheese. cover and cook on low 2-4 hours or til thoroughly hot. serve as is or over rice. top with cheese.
