Ham And Cheese Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 (4 ounce) envelopes country gravy mix
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 (8 ounce) shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 cups cooked ham
  • 3 teaspoons ground mustard

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions, meanwhile in a large saucepan, cook gravy mix according to package directions.
  • 2 stir in the spinach, cheese, ham, and mustard.
  • 3 drain pasta, and stir into the ham mixture.
  • 4 transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • 5 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 6 uncover bake 10-15 minutes longer or until heated through.
