Herbed Macaroni Parmesan
Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces uncooked macaroni noodles
- 2 -3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, to taste
- 2 dashes freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 roma or italian plum tomatoes, chopped
Recipe
- 1 other possible additions:
- 2 bring large pot of water to boil; cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
- 3 in a skillet over medium heat melt the butter and saute the tomatoes for 4 minutes.
- 4 add the basil and parsley, stir, then add remaining ingredients and the hot noodles and toss to combine.
- 5 garnish with additions suggested above in step 1.
