Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli green beans onions and peppers mix
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and return to saucepan.
- 2 add rice, using fork to keep rice fluffy.
- 3 add parmesan cheese, basil, dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
