Hot Sweet And Creamy Cocoa!

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup milk (sometimes i use almond or rice milk)
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 cup cream (or half and half)
• 1 tablespoon bittersweet chocolate (optional)
• 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
• marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 whisk sugar, cocoa, and 3 tablespoons milk together in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
• 2 stir in 1/2 cup each of milk and cream and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
• 3 for extra richness, stir in 1 tablespoon bittersweet chocolate. or add spice with a tiny sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
• 4 top with marshmallows. enjoy!
