Kewpie Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 -3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
Recipe
- 1 crack egg into the bowl of a food processor.
- 2 add salt and sugar, and process until well combined.
- 3 with the motor running, add the oil in a slow, steady stream until all is incorporated.
- 4 with the machine running, add the rice vinegar.
- 5 cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour, before ready to use.
