Ingredients

- 2 cups mochiko rice flour (16 ounce)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Recipe
- 1 grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 cream sugar and butter together in a mixing bowl.
- 3 beat in eggs, one at a time.
- 4 add mochiko flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk.
- 5 mix till batter is smooth.
- 6 bake for one hour.
- 7 allow to cool for 1-1 1/2 hours, then slice.
