Fudge Brownie Pie

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (21 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts (unbaked)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water.
  • 3 stir with wooden spoon until well blended (about 50 strokes).
  • 4 stir in chocolate chips.
  • 5 spoon into pie crust.
  • 6 bake until set (40-45 minutes).
  • 7 cool completely.
  • 8 cut pie into wedges and serve each wedge with a scoop of ice cream.
