Fudge Brownie Pie

- 1 (21 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts (unbaked)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water.
- 3 stir with wooden spoon until well blended (about 50 strokes).
- 4 stir in chocolate chips.
- 5 spoon into pie crust.
- 6 bake until set (40-45 minutes).
- 7 cool completely.
- 8 cut pie into wedges and serve each wedge with a scoop of ice cream.
