Gluten Free Almond And Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs.
