Ingredients

- 1 lb stir-fry beef
- 1/3 cup ketjap manis
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dry garlic flakes
- 1 tablespoon dry onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (i use denzils kamikazi but your choice) (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 brown the beef in the oil for apprx 5 minutes.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3 serve over noodles or rice.
