Gluten Free Pancakes

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 1/4 cups rice flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 add the vegetable oil to milk.
  • 2 in large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  • 3 add the milk/oil mixture and eggs.
  • 4 mix and cook on hot griddle.
